Jan 25, 2020 – Palyul town, China | Yesterday was the last day of the annual examinations for the monastics of the Ngagyur Tholob Dongak Thosam Dargyeling (Shedra) of Palyul Monastery. In the morning, heavy snow fell during the examination period but the students still managed to complete their exams successfully. It was also the first day of the school break, which saw many students going home for the holidays.
This is the 25th straight year of having the annual examinations in Palyul Monastery.
