Interviewing for School Projects

March 30 – Manila | For the past two months, many K12 and university students have visited our temple to ask about Tibetan Buddhism.

This was to fulfill the student group’s class project or school requirement in Philosophy or Introduction to World Religions. The student groups came from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Lyceum University of the Philippines, San Sebastian College, Malayan College of Laguna and others.

We have welcomed such filmed interviews since 2010.

Khenpo Tashi was able to entertain all of these requests. Some groups have raised interesting questions about Buddhism and the Dharma, which made Khenpo happy. He hopes that his interviews met the high standards of the class projects.

As much as we want to entertain all requests, we hardly entertain interview requests without prior appointment.
