November 26 – Manila | Today, the temple donated relief goods to the Philippine Coast Guard, for the destructions brought about by Typhoons Rolly (~Nov 3-5) and Ulysses (~Nov 10-13) in Manila and other parts of the Philippines.
Commodore Armand Balilo, Acting Commander of the Coast Guard Public Affairs Office, received the goods on behalf of the Coast Guard. Khenpo Tashi, our head monk, Lama Sonam, and some directors were also present.
